All appointments, pricing, and service availability are subject to confirmation.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Any prices or estimates provided (online, by phone, or in person) are subject to change based on the actual scope of work, materials, and conditions encountered.
You will always receive clear pricing before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Warranties and Guarantees
Mountain Standard Plumbing, LLC stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranties or guarantees may apply depending on the service performed.
All manufacturer warranties on parts and materials apply as provided by the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or pre-existing issues with plumbing systems.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. However, scheduling is subject to availability and unforeseen events.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather, or other operational constraints.
5. SMS Notifications and Communication Consent
Mountain Standard Pumbing will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that ‘Message and data rates may apply,’ ‘Message frequency may vary,’ and they can ‘text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe, at any time and no further messages will be sent.’ They will also be informed that their information will not be shared with third parties.”
