From my initial phone call, I received extremely friendly and professional service. I was amazed that a plumber was sent out for same day service. Alex came to fix my toilet, and did so in a flash (he had the replacement part on the truck). Not only did he fix my toilet, he checked my water pressure to make sure all was working well.
